This Privacy Policy explains what data Aivis (aivis.lumnika.com, operated by Lumnika) collects and how it is used.
Data we collect
Account data (email, hashed password or OAuth identity) when you sign up; the domains you submit for scanning and the resulting reports; billing data processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers); basic usage and server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
To run scans and show you reports, to operate billing and subscriptions, to send service emails (report ready, billing, security), and to compute aggregate, non-identifying statistics about AI-crawler visibility across the scanned corpus.
Legal basis
Processing is based on performance of a contract (running the service you signed up for), our legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention, product analytics) and, for marketing emails, your consent.
Third-party processors
We use Supabase-compatible self-hosted auth/Postgres for account storage and Stripe for payments. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms; we do not sell your data to third parties.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Scan reports tied to an account are kept until you delete them or close your account. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and export of your data, by writing to deus+aivis@lumnika.com. If you are in the EU/EEA you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management, and basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand product usage. No third-party ad-tracking cookies are used.
Security
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure; we ask you to use a strong, unique password.
Changes
We may update this Policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
