These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aivis (aivis.lumnika.com), operated by Lumnika. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
The service
Aivis scans a domain and reports how AI crawlers and answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and similar) can access and interpret its content, and suggests fixes. Free scans are rate-limited; paid plans unlock more scans, monitoring and history.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You may only scan domains you own or have permission to scan. You may not use Aivis to attack, overload or scrape third-party sites, or to resell raw scan output as a competing service without a written agreement.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) as shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period unless required by law.
Data and reports
Aggregate, non-identifying statistics derived from scans (e.g. corpus averages) may be published as part of Aivis research content. Reports tied to your account remain visible only to you.
Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumnika is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date; continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
