Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aivis (aivis.lumnika.com), a Lumnika product. By creating an account, buying a report or using the service you agree to these Terms.
The service
Aivis scans a domain and reports how AI crawlers and answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and similar) can access and interpret its content, and suggests fixes. Free scans are rate-limited; paid plans unlock more scans, monitoring and history.
Free trial
Every new account gets a 14-day trial of the Pro plan, without payment details. When the trial ends the account returns to the free plan unless you subscribe; nothing is charged automatically.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You may not use Aivis to attack, overload or scrape third-party sites, or to resell raw scan output as a competing service without a written agreement. Monitoring and fix tools are meant for domains you own or manage.
Plans and payment
Pro, Business and Agency plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually (annual plans are discounted), at the prices shown on the pricing page. A one-off full report for a single domain costs €9 and is delivered right after payment. Card and other payments are processed by Stripe, which sells the purchase as reseller and merchant of record: it calculates VAT or sales tax for your country at checkout and emails the receipt. You can also prepay one year of a plan in USDC on the Base network; a USDC plan does not renew and returns to the free plan when it expires. Price changes apply only to future periods, never to a period already paid.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the dashboard (Billing): renewals stop and you keep access until the end of the period already paid. Refunds follow our Refund policy; if you are a consumer in the EU, your statutory rights are not affected.
Public reports
Scan reports at /report/'<'domain> are public: anyone with the link can open them, and they may appear in Aivis leaderboards, indexes and search engines. They describe only publicly accessible information about a website (robots.txt, page markup, how AI engines answer about it). Your account data (email, billing, monitored sites, history) stays private. Aggregate statistics derived from scans may be published as research. If you own a domain and want its public report removed, write to us.
Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumnika is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and have your account and its data deleted at any time.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date; continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
Seller and contact
