Method
Stores sampled by traffic rank from the Agent Web Index, platform confirmed from the HTML. For each store the AIVIS crawler read up to 6 pages, /.well-known/ucp, /api/mcp, the native Shopify policy pages and up to 4 linked shipping/returns pages. A question counts as answered when a concrete detail (a number of days, a price, a yes/no) appears next to the topic in the text, or in Schema.org shippingDetails / MerchantReturnPolicy. Same code as the agent-buyer-questions check in every AIVIS scan. The highest-ranked WooCommerce stores are mostly digital sellers (hosting, plugins, merch), so in-store pickup and returns weigh less there; read the WooCommerce column as a lower bound for physical retail.
