HubSpot CMS
HubSpot manages robots.txt and head code from the website settings; files are served from the file manager and connected to the domain with a URL redirect.
- 1.robots.txt: go to Settings (gear icon) > Content > Pages (on some accounts: Website > Pages), choose the domain to edit, open the SEO & Crawlers tab and paste the generated rules into the robots.txt field. Save: each connected domain has its own robots.txt.
- 2.llms.txt: upload llms.txt to Marketing > Files (file manager), make it public and copy its URL. Then in Settings > Content > Domains & URLs > URL redirects create a permanent (301) redirect from /llms.txt to that URL.
- 3.Structured data: in Settings > Content > Pages, Templates tab, paste the content of json-ld.html into Site header HTML to apply it to every page. For a single page, use the page editor > Settings > Advanced > Head HTML.
- 4.Meta: in the homepage editor open Settings and update the page title and meta description with the texts in meta-suggestions.html, then publish or update the page.
- 5.Re-scan the domain on AIVIS.
Download the bundle from your AIVIS report first, then re-scan the site to check the score went up.
